The passionate team in the kitchen — led by Chef Daniel McGee and Sous-Chef Matt Eaton — work hard to showcase their collective skills and vision creating contemporary dishes rooted in classic French technique. Our servers provide an experience unlike any other in the city, while our Pastry Chef Julian Salomoni puts a lot of love into the pastries and desserts — a perfect way to start your morning, or end your meal.
